LOL! I don’t think NBC meant it the same way we might:
Why Obama will be a tough act for Trump to follow:
Because Obama has taken this country down so far, made lousy deals, loves letting illegals in, has people that aren’t bright and/or racist working for him, is a Muslim-sympathizer, a narcissist and he and his wife love to travel. Trump will have a lot of work ahead, but he and his very capable team can turn the country around through critical thinking, hard work, negotiating great deals, supporting Christians, closing the border, supporting law enforcement officers, supporting and encouraging (demanding) enforcing laws on the books, etc., etc., etc. Plus he will probably spend most of his time in the WH, not playing golf or gallivanting around the country and world; and, I doubt that he and Melania will be taking many expensive vacays on the taxpayers’ dime.
