Am i right in reading the votes for these areas cannot be recounted, these are majority Clinton votes, and there appears to be more votes than voters which is real fraud but the fraud will stand, while they will only be allowed to go after the votes and change from areas that trump won during the recount, areas that have no evidence of fraud....?
Yes that is correct. It’s a strange law in that they get to count twice and if still can’t agree with the machine, stick with the original. In a way it means they can’t “add” more votes for Hillary, but he fraud stands. The recount has one good outcome in that it exposes the fraud and lack of Voter ID. Hopefully Pres Trump will push for some sort of national ID if the states can’t do it.
