MISLEADING TITLE - I saw the entire interview.
As I understand Trump, he is saying that a US company that closes a US plant, ends US jobs, and goes overseas will pay 35% tax on those same goods being imported into the USA.
He did not say he wanted an across the board 35% tariff.
Kevin is a 100% empty suit. He evaded the question. Additionally, he continues to use Ryan’s term of “A Better Way”...which he did during the interview.
A “Better Way” did not win the election. “Make America Great Again” won the election.
McCarthy and Ryan need to get on board 100%, or suffer the consequences. And I have no doubt there will be consequences.
