I’m not saying it doesn’t exist. Lol. I’m just saying that it has no bearing on the recount process in Michigan. If it did, there wouldn’t be active court cases going on right now. Or active recount training by election supervisors.
I’m not sure that’s the case. They may be forced by law to do the recount, without it having any impact whatsoever.
