Fed court is PA, not MI or WI. WI recount underway and probably can’t or won’t be stopped. And as of now, DJT has gained more votes than HRC. I’m asking specifically about this case and the state of MI. The judge had a hearing today, which is odd, about whether to immediately start recounting or wait until Wed. He could say, “Sure, go ahead.” and it seems the appeals court could then say, “No, stop.”

Since MI certified its slate of electors and sent them to the National Archives on 11/28, meaningless.

A three-hour hearing in federal court in Detroit has ended on Green Party candidate Jill Stein's request for an immediate start to a presidential recount in Michigan, with a federal judge saying shortly after 4 p.m. he would soon issue his decision in writing.

The good news from the Fed hearing in MI: state officials disclosed at the hearing that the state election results, showing Trump as the victor, have already been certified and Gov. Rick Snyder has already certified the Trump electors and sent that information to Washington, D.C. Denise Barton, an attorney representing the Board of State Canvassers, said that means the "safe harbor" requirement that electors be certified six days prior to the electoral college meeting on Dec. 19, has already been satisfied.

Michigan's electoral votes are guaranteed to count, except in the unlikely event that a recount shows Trump did not win Michigan's 16 electoral votes.

The bad news from the Fed hearing in MI: If the recount goes ahead immediately, Stein's people will have a great advantage, because they will have their hundreds of volunteers ready, and the Republicans won't

There is a State Court hearing on Tuesday whether to proceed or not. AG arguing that Stein only put up 900 K and the cost will be about $5 MM, which the taxpayers will be on the hook for. Also, she can not prove that she was harmed by the vote and that a Recount would change anything. If the State Court throws out the case, it’s over unless she decides to file suit in Federal Court like she did in PA. If WI recount shows Trump still the winner, it won’t matter.
