I don't care what someone else posted. The facts are that this liberal judge appointed by Obama was more than happy to let the recount wait until Wed to begin.

And that is all that happened this morning.

If you or anyone else thinks that is cause for joy then you need to go back to the starting gate and begin again here in Michigan.

Right now there is only a VERY SLIM chance that the recount here will not happen.

And a huge chance that it won't be done in time for the EVs to be posted for Trump, no matter what they say.

I didn’t say anything about being happy or unhappy about plushayes info.

I just was relaying the info and the update and some info about the judge.

And referring y’all to LS’ analyses about the electors, etc.

Also here’s LS’ post about the fed case just filed:

And grampa Dave’s post about PA decision meaning election won’t be overturned,

“Recount Collapses: Jill Stein’s Failure in Pennsylvania Means No Overturning Trump’s Presidency

Yesterday, the Green Party withdrew its demand that the State of Pennsylvania conduct a statewide recount. This withdrawal validates the state’s previous conclusion giving Donald Trump the win of its electoral votes. It also removes hope held by Clinton supporters that recounts in several other states might change the outcome of the November 8 election of Donald J. Trump to the Presidency of the United States.

Lawyers for the Green Party withdrew their lawsuit, saying they don’t have the $1 million bond required to continue the challenge filed to initiate the recount, the Associated Press reported on December 3.

The lawsuit aimed to supplant state law to force a recount, according to the Pennsylvania Republican Party.

A statement from the state party celebrated the end of the Green Party lawsuit, saying that the effort was “completely without merit” from the start.”

I’m looking for the post where the elector list was sent to the national archives; I don’t remember if it was MI or WI.
