There you go. Besides that by not following all of the actions allowed to her in Pennsylvania court’s she’s stuck. She has not exhausted her actions and screwed herself by not following Pennsylvania law and deadlines.

If I recall correctly, the SCOTUS already ruled that states have the right to make their election laws. If they violated the Constitution, they would have been changed a long time ago.

I would say your are correct. What bothers me, is in this sort of an appeals process, they skipped over the state level, which means they have to cite a federal law to make a case.
