The article claims "Florida state law prohibits any candidate from requesting a recount"

102.168 Contest of election.—
(1) Except as provided in s. 102.171, the certification of election or nomination of any person to office, or of the result on any question submitted by referendum, may be contested in the circuit court by any unsuccessful candidate for such office or nomination thereto or by any elector qualified to vote in the election related to such candidacy, or by any taxpayer, respectively.

This took perhaps 5 seconds to look up.

So they had 3 electors (3 voters) do the law suit just like Stein had them do in PA. The non profit also says they had a hand getting in the WI recounts so these are all the same people.

So sick of them Let Mr. trump serve as president and shut the **** up.

Imagine if this had been done to Obama.

The article names a Democrat operative, an Hispanic woman who has agreed to be the plaintiff. It doesn’t say what she is alleging, and the complaints in the article are vague and amount to people being prevented from voting, and never mentions tampering with actual votes or totals.
