Insurance across state lines will bring competition to the marketplace and should reduce premiums and Obamacare does not have vouchers. Dems hate vouchers. A voucher will give the patient a set amount, let's say $300/month to find their own plan. While the taxpayers are paying for it, it is a market based solution. Instead of being forced to purchase a state sanctioned insurance plan, of which there are only a handful in each state, the consumer can take that voucher and can purchase a plan across state lines and the insurance policy is market based and not one the government dictates.
Not perfect, but tons better than what we have now.
