One article I read is that they are trying to get to the automatic recount figure. THAT is why Stein is continuing to have recounts in various precincts.
I think that if they swing more votes like what happened in Philadelphia then state automatic recount kicks in and they don’t have to pay anything. Watch those last few precincts. Lots of prayers to stop this madness.
From the News: “However, Green Party-backed efforts to force recounts and analyze election software in scattered precincts were continuing....An updated count Friday by state election officials shows Trump’s lead shrinking to 49,000 from 71,000 over Democrat Hillary Clinton. Trump’s lead is 0.8 percent, down from over 1 percent, out of 6 million votes cast. That’s shy of Pennsylvania’s 0.5 percent trigger for an automatic statewide recount.”
Just FYI: The updated number with Hillary closing the gap had nothing to do with the recount. It was the results of the absentee, provisional, etc, ballot counts done by hand.
Till she withdrew her petition tonite she was working two paths to a recount. One, convincing a court fraud = need for recount, cost, $1M bond. Two, keep working these illegal recounts one of which Montgomery, was shut down by a judge.
So why reduce your effort from 2 to 1; what if, these ongoing recounts yield nothing, then she is at mercy of the courts. On the other hand, Green-Dem calls could go like: look, save the $1M we will manuf. 21,000 more to get to .5%. THEN, we get on the path we want without the $1M / courts path.

“There is a huge anomaly hiding in these numbers. Notice in the same time Donald lost 14,000 votes, Pat Toomey (R) gained 4,000 votes. In the final figures, 61,049 more people voted for president than voted in the Senate election. In the figures archived, 80,017 more people voted for president than voted in the Senate election. There were about 6.1 million ballots cast in total. About 250,000 votes came in with the final 70 precincts. Out of those, either 7.5% more ballots had no vote for president than had no vote for the Senate, or they edited the ballots to remove Presidential votes. In 70 precincts out of 9,163, they literally removed 25% of the difference between the Senate vote totals and the Presidential vote totals. They aren’t stuffing ballots! They’re replacing the ballots with forgeries! The only way that differential could decrease in the final tally is if, at a minimum 18,968 ballots were changed…”
