We don’t know who all is ISIS. It is not that simple. There are many groups that morph back and forth and change allegiances. Also once you get one of one faction another just as bad or worse will pop up. This has been the history of the region for over 1000 years.

and yet, when Saddam Hussein and Muammar Gaddafi were in power, there was no ISIS trying to establish their New Caliphate in lawless, power vacuum regions, right?
ISIS is a creature of failed Bush, Clinton, and Obama policies pure and simple. They did not exist before daddy bush was president.
