Philly had 26k absentee and provisional ballots that were just counted and added to tally this week. She got 22k of them.
They’re not fraudulent. They’re valid votes.
Of course they were going to break 5-1 for Hillary, they’re votes from the most heavily AA spot in Pennsylvania.
Don’t worry. He’s up by 46K. He’s not losing the state.

I would wager half those votes are fraudulent. And would be found so if subjected to an honest review. No poll results from a democrat run city can be trusted.
