The (bogus) lawsuit against Trump U. set a precedent. When will we see Harvard, Yale, etc. being sued? These institutions have deep pocket$$$. Anyone, who has discovered that their degree only qualifies them to work as a barista, should contact a “good” class-action attorney.
Excellent point. I had never thought about the Trump U lawsuit in that way. If Trump U can be sued, why is Big Education exempt?
