It is not just a tax - it is a redistribution from those who work and follow the rules to those who do not.
The frightening thing is that this “law” is his signature issue and he has no clue what it really is, has lied about the content and result multiple times, and he did not even write it. Hell, the people who passed this monstrosity of crap did not even know what was in it and said we had to pass it to find out.
It’s headed for the trash heap along with his other “accomplishments” and he will spend the rest of his life bemoaning the fact that his legacy was nothing more than malaise at home and misery abroad.
Mr Trump ran and won on the issue of cutting taxes to help the forgotten American and get the economy going again . . . just think about repealing Obozocare as a tax cut for the middle class. . . . And we all know Congress has a history of raising and cutting taxes through legislation. The issue has a different appearance now, doesn’t it?
An arbitrary decision by one Justice.
And just as easily arbitrarily reversed
That would not be unprecedented.
A few egregiously bad decisions by the SC have been reversed.
