Hillary won WA, so his vote wasn’t awarded to Trump anyway. This is a non-story.

I’ve seen a couple of stories like this. I mean, non-stories.

“Hillary won WA, so his vote wasn’t awarded to Trump anyway. This is a non-story.”

Yes, but the idea is to get other electors to fall in line with the supposed faithless electors that the media keeps reporting.

That is, to influence the electors with fake news.

This is a non-story.

**********

I see your point. But the disturbing aspect of the story is, regardless of the state in question, that people voted and some electors are nullifying their votes, effectively disenfranchising them.

The even bigger question is why should anyone bother to vote if the system can be so easily manipulated to negate the will of the people? This matter of elector “infidelity” needs to be addressed on a national basis.

Unless - this is simply an effort to give COVER to spineless electors in states that DO matter.

Per Wikipedia's article on IBT: Founder Etienne Uzac, a native of France, came up with the idea for the global business news site while a student at the London School of Economics.

Commies, foreigners, ignorant of the US electoral process.

Future postings from IBT should be disregarded.

I think it is a story published to attempt to urge other
electors to also be “faithless”.

Hillary lost.
