If there’s a willingness to engage in such a dramatic rejection of past precedents, there’s no need for the Uniparty to mess with lowly electors. There’s an easier route:

The Republican Congress can just reject enough electors to allow themselves to choose the president, then avoid a decisive vote in Congress, thus allowing the Speaker of the House to become president.

Being killed by a meteorite while reading this is more likely than any of the conspiracy scenarios being talked about.

I tend to follow the money. When I first read about the recounts they made no sense. Then when I read about a second event -faithless electors, they didn’t make sense. However, when you combine the two there is a possibility of overturning the election albeit small. The two impossible events can combine to create at least a possibility. Then there’s the money she raised.
