Probably both.
But I do think Hillary has some sort of brain disorder.
Even when she is supposedly normal, her walking and stride
is calculated, slow and seems hesitant. I have
experience with Parkinson's Disease suffers and she looks
she has it or something similar. She shows the symptoms.
Plus she is probably boozing a lot.

We may never know if she has PD. We do know she likes to guzzle her drinks. I suspect both..
