Attorneys for President-elect Donald Trump have moved to block the vote recount in Pennsylvania, adding to complaints filed to stop similar proceedings in Michigan and Wisconsin.
Despite being no more than a blip on the electoral radar, Stein has now commandeered Pennsylvanias electoral process, with an eye toward doing the same to the Electoral College, the complaint filed Thursday states.
There is no evidence or even an allegation that any tampering with Pennsylvanias voting systems actually occurred.
The filing comes on the heels of the Trump camps complaint reported earlier Thursday in Michigan dismissing Green Party candidate Jill Steins claims of impropriety during the 2016 presidential race, and a day after the the Wisconsin Republican Party logged a complaint with the Federal Election Committee arguing that Stein was seeking to benefit Democratic Party nominee Hillary Clinton.
Stein rejected the president-elects efforts as outrageous Thursday. The recount in Michigan, which has been driven by an outpouring of grassroots support in the state will go forward, she said in a statement.
The Michigan Board of State Canvassers and Director of Elections has been a model of professionalism in moving this recount forward in an efficient, transparent manner. Yet the Trump campaigns cynical efforts to delay the recount and create unnecessary costs for taxpayers are shameful and outrageous.

Can’t find composition of the Commonwealth panel for the hearing Monday, but the breakdown of Commonwealth Court Judges (as best can be determined from the internet) is:
President Judge Mary Hannah Leavitt (R), Harrisburg; Judge Renée Cohn Jubelirer (R), Pittsburgh; Judge Robert “Robin” Simpson (R), Nazareth; Judge P. Kevin Brobson (R), Harrisburg; Judge Patricia A. McCullough (R), Pittsburgh; Judge Anne E. Covey (R), New Hope; Judge Michael H. Wojcik (D), Pittsburgh; Judge Julia K. Hearthway (R), Exton; Judge Joseph M. Cosgrove (D), Wilkes-Barre.
“..I’ll be surprised if she’s alive in 2020...”
Doesn’t matter, they’ll just prop her cadaver up there and use a look-alike. Low information and snowflake types are too stupid to tell.
“Just for shits and giggles, Trump should challenge California results.”
No he shouldn’t. What he should do is sic the DOJ on California for voter fraud. call it a RICO case and bring every democrat county election board official up on charges of conspiracy to commit fraud.
Now that would be fun.
That's why the liberals are playing with fire.
If they succeed with this nonsense, all it would take is someone, ANYONE with the means to do this to liberal states.
How would democrats like to "lose" CA and NY because they couldn't get a recount done in time?
It begins. Trump’s lead in PA is now down to 49,000, where it was 71,000. The dems will find the votes somewhere and before it’s over declare Clinton the winner. Never in a million years trust these bastards.
what is your take on this ?

Would think any Trump voter in Nevada could sue maybe even federally for a full NV state Presidential vote recount based on Roque De La Fuente’s partial recount and the Bush vs. Gore Supreme Court decision.
I’m sure that Trump’s team understands that slow-walked letter-of-the-law “recounts” may prevent electoral votes for WI, MI and PA from being “certified”.
And understand that the loss of 46 “certified” electoral votes would reduce Trump’s electoral vote total from 306 to 260.
Fortunately for America, the 46 vote reduction in “certified” votes also decreases the number of electoral votes needed to comprise a majority of “certified” votes from 270 to 247!
In other words, Trump will STILL win!
I would like to see recounts in NV, NH, VA, CO, and CA.
Fat chance, eh?
Nevada voters need to file suit for a statewide recount and I believe should have a valid legal basis to do so: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3501037/posts
she will need an exoskeleton suit to hold her up..grizzeled, baked, and burnt..
ahh folks are so desperate for a hero they would invite a demon in their home..
