We are in the fourth week since the election until the Inauguration

The first THANK YOU rally last night in Cinti revealed another packed house of enthusiastic Americans supporting Donald J. Trump as he reviewed the election, shared more of his vision and made on appointment announcement (that is a secret) of Mad Dog Mattis. We are all anticipating this week will reveal the new SOS plus other key announcements.

I missed the rally and thread yesterday. Tried to check in a couple of times. I spent all morning listening to Trumps speech and perusing the thread.
What a great time was had!

Yesterday was all day shopping. This is my LEAST favorite thing to do. I have both sons and two of my grandchildren’s birthdays this month plus Christmas. I make a plan of attack and then hit the stores. I’m like Trump knocking off his rivals. Boom, boom, boom...check off the list and get ‘er done.
Uffdah! I hate it, but it’s done!

Lysie our tankless water heater is a NAVIEN. We can have the washer and two showers all going at the same time, and have never run out of hot water.

LOL Thanks, I wasn't able to pull that information out. You certainly have the better memory.

I went to pick up lunch I had called in for my son and myself and while waiting in the bar area a man asked me what the GAP-GAY on my sweatshirt meant. Of course I had to look at my sweatshirt and then say it was a GAP sweatshirt. He said he thought it was a high school name.

The girl getting my salds and working the bar leaned over to say the man had dementia. As she left to get the salads the man looked over at me again and asked what the GAP on my sweatshirt meant. I again told him as my salads were handed to me.

The man apoligized if he was bothering me which I quickly said he wasn't and for him to have a nice day.

I got in my truck and tears came to my eyes as I thought of how blessed I am to have my memory. The man looked to be younger than me. I'm sitting here thrilled that Donald has won and this man is having a hard time remembering from minute to minute.

I tipped the girl getting my salads more than I should have because she had such patience and apparently allowed this man to come often to her bar area.

Sorry to unload but it has really touched my heart.

I would like to say a word about this Trump Tower elevator guy.
Is he the best or what? One morning they needed two guys to replace him. The young guy who replaced him hardly ever pushed the buttons or escorted people in.
This guy is fun to watch. Bet he has a very thick NY accent.

I think it was my t-shirt that got her attention. I had unzipped my GAP sweatshirt and my "Proud Member Of The Basket Of Les Deplorable's" is in full display.---RED - I bought 5 after the election. I'm bad.

Great shirt! Thanks for sharing your story about the man with memory loss. I too am thankful I still have my mind.

Pam Bondi almost didn’t make it out of the building, so many wanted pics with her. I think she was enjoying her moment though.

I'm reminded of the axiom, do you want to be right or kind?

Sometimes it's better to demure to another in a disagreement, which is to say that we can think from an unattached or neutral perspective and look in upon a situation, as if we are part of a camera crew filming the event for later interpretation/post introspection.

Likewise, as in your experience today, being able to remain someone detached to an unexpected or spontaneous exchange while in the moment, allows perhaps, for a kinder or gentler response than might come from a gut reaction.

I guess I'm trying to say that ya' dun' good!
