just curious
when is Pennsylvania likely
to certify results?
See your mail. I watched it again and almost peed myself.
Thanks for that description. I feel better about that now. The only way for the optical scanner totals to change is by “after the fact” manipulation i.e. filling in empty ballots.
Wisconsin should just give Stein her own recount tally.
I she wants the others she should pay Wisconsin more.
You aren't kidding in the least. They tried to do this in Florida 2000.
If the “concern” was “internet hacking”....why are they counting the ballots?
Wouldn’t they want to inspect the machines, see if they are broken or infected with some internet transmitted disease?
One would think states would have been smart enough to tighten rules for recounts after the goofy Greens 2004 Ohio recount.
Perhaps this time, they will save the nation from this type of frivolous BS for 2020.
No doubt they didn’t think anyone would be stupid enough to waste so much money when they lost by millions of votes. Perhaps now, they will realize the stupidity of liberals is infinite.
It is interesting and important to educate oneself in matters such as these in terms of how the ballots are tallied and handled in a very professional way now.
It helps deal with the trolls that usually put up at least one or two comments on each thread related to recount discussions as to how during recounts bogus ballots will be trucked in en masse or ballots will be fiddled with or other nefarious tactics until the Dems win. This really makes the discussions more negative and polarizing than they should be.
I’ve heard elsewhere here that Walker and the Wisconsin legislature will be introducing legislation come the new session to change the recount request rules (presumably to deal with charades like this one).
“Show me one major recount where the DEM’s numbers went down.”
In most previous recounts, the margins were under 200 and the Dems hoped to win. In this case, the Dems seem to understand there is no chance of faking 20,000 ballots by finding them in a garage.
Exactly, were they not misogynists by throwing Hillary under the bus in favor of Obama? I never understood it- a woman, for 30 years in politics, former first lady, and she had to step back and give the Presidency to a man who was a Senator for a couple of years.
Good. Something on the order of 5% would seem reasonable if the losing candidate is willing to pay when an automatic recount is not triggered.
That is funny. moon beams
this should be stopped!!
Certainly now IS the time to change our dumb Wisconsin law that lets seemingly ANYONE question ANY election at ANY time with NO PROOF, whatsoever!
When we suffered through Scott Walker’s Recall Election, which he HANDILY WON, doing it then would’ve looked bad and sneaky.
But now? Not so much. I’m ALL IN when it comes to kicking LibTards when they’re down.
And they are DOWN FOR THE COUNT! They must NEVER rise to such levels of power again.
Historical Reminder: The term, ‘Gerrymander’ goes ALL THE WAY BACK to 1812 when a DEMOCRAT GOVERNOR in MA moved districts around to BENEFIT DEMOCRAT politicians.
Throw that into the conversation whenever a LOSER LibTard is questioning you...on ANYTHING related to elections. ;)
Excellent Freeping, Stylin19! I was going to post some updates tonight, but you saved me a lot of work. :)
And ESPECIALLY to hear the lamentations of Don Lemon, Tim Kaine & Chrissie Matthews...
I thought they were suppose to certify by 11/21/2016.
They just got done counting today...so, in answer to you question, I don’t know.
it’s my understanding they look at everything. Over votes, spoiled ballots, under votes.

At least she's paying for it, and hundreds of Wisconsinites will appreciate the overtime checks when they arrive at the same time as their Christmas shopping bills.
The real farce is expecting Michigan and Pennsylvania taxpayers to pick up the tab for this nonsense.
