You are correct. The recount deadline date passed Nov 21. This was just tidying up a few precincts in the Philadelphia area. CMT’s post #53 is a good explanation as well. All in all, it was not surprising to hear that judge in Montgomery County not having much sympathy towards Ms. Stein’s case.
I’m not buying this 33% drop in DT margin this DecisionDesk site defends the found 20k votes as cleanup of absentee balllots etc. BS. There are dates for a reason in election cycles incl when absentees have to be in. So they can be counted election nite after verifying the person had no really voted. And NOT,cleaned up over 4 weeks post election day. If this change holds despite a court order or event a court date, Philly is just going ahead anyway and manuf. votes. And oh, not eh variance changes and possibly under the (free) recount number? STOLEN
