and note that the totals given in the OP show that outside of Philly, both candidates picked up about the same:

Trump 2,961,875-2,912,941 = gain of 48,936 =3630 in philly, 45,300 outside

Clinton 2,915,440 - 2,844,705 = gain of 70,735 = 23,478 in philly, 47,257 outside.

The "gain" in philly is about 6-1 for Clinton, which is about what the original count was. Gain in all areas is probably provisionals, late absentees, etc.
