Yes, but it’s also their state capitol. Here in CA we’d have et move Berkeley ( and UCB) to Sacramento to equal Austin as a $hit hole.
Visited northern Cali(Roseville)back in the 80s for 10 days. Also visited Sacramento and the capitol. Beautiful area............ too bad about some of the people. : )
