The EPA should be obliterated and it’s leadership through 3 levels imprisoned. Never again!!
That for ALL the Agencies and Departments except for the original four, and in those only 80% need to be kicked out.
Start with three of them, EPA,DOE and DOE. Set their budgets to Zero. The budget is already passed so do a Supplemental Appropriation and vote negative amounts equal to the funding in the budget.
