When I was in High School, we had a teacher who would lasciviously leer at the guys in his classes. He would do things like draw an image to make a point on the chalkboard, and look pointedly at a male student and say something like "If these are my rocks in the ocean...and Larry is sitting on my rocks..." leering the whole time. He would walk up behind guys in class and bump his pelvis against their as they sat there. He was the basketball coach, and would walk through the dressing room, leering at the guys changing and showering...not only was he not hiding it, he was openly doing this for all the world to see, and every guy knew it. But they never caught him. Years later, I heard he got fired for having sexual relations with high school boys.
The reason I say all this, is because when I look at this picture above, and his purported explanation and match it to that look on his face...which looks exactly like this pedophile high school teacher, it makes me think he has no fear of being caught at exactly what the leer (which doesn't match at all that stupid explanation) tells you.
