That’s a great idea, although the gerrymandering that ensues would be ridiculous.

There would need to be something in place to restrict absurd redistricting.

I suspect that the Dems want congress to decide the President and the Vice President. The house chooses the President and the Senate (under current membership) chooses the Vice Presidency.

The end result is the House picks Trump and the Senate Chooses Clinton and not long after being sworn in Trump is killed by the Dems giving the Presidency to Clinton.

That is the reason for the recounts, to send it to Congress.

Crook County was responsible for the majority of Clinton’s vote in the State.

Outside of Cook in “Restinois” Trump won 49.75% to 43.46%. Romney won outside Cook 4 years ago by about 50-47 IIRC.

Georgia used to have something called the county unit system for use in rat primaries. It was struck down by the courts in 1962, in 1963 the Supreme upheld the ruling striking it down by 8-1.
