Liberty had the only indoor track in the area so I spent a lot of time there. I’m still a certified track official so I may get called back. EC Glass always had a big meet at the beginning of the season. Hurdling in the snow is always fun.
VHSL wants to boycott “Trump U” so we may just have to forgo indoor season since Roanoke College’s indoor track isn’t finished yet. Dam politicians. They hate freedom more than they love power.

VHSL just has to be PC.
I don’t know why grown folks have to ruin everything for the kids because of their own political biases.
When I heard about them taking the Commonwealth games away from Liberty I just shook my head.

Hurdles in the snow?
Is there a survival award for that one?

Liberty is building like crazy.
I know they are opening a medical school, my hope is they manage to buy out centra health and bring a good hospital back to Lynchburg.
Hasn’t been the same since the old Lynchburg Baptist hospital was bought out by the then Lynchburg General hospital.

The Baptist was first class and had a first class nursing school.
The “nurses” that centra is turning out don’t get a diploma, just a certificate that enables them to work for centra. No other hospital will recognize their “graduates”.
The Baptist used to turn out nurses who could pick the hospitals they wanted to work for.
