Nope, IMO Scalia’s death was to ensure a 4:4 court for election cases...,or if repubs were stupid enough to allow a vote on his replacement by a 5:4 liberal majority.

Scalia was what kept Gore from getting into office in 2000 by fraud.

No matter how effing ridiculous a claim of election fraud is if a lower fed court goes for the demrats the decision will stand because it will tie in SCOTUS.

This is why there is still a reason to worry :-/

With Scalia gone no one would be keeping watch over the compromised Roberts who smuggled his kids in from Ireland and got caught by the regime.

Scalia was the only one on the court who brought him back to sanity from time to time except on issues where he was severely blackmailed. Then he caved to the regime every time. With Scalia gone the court would be 5/3 liberal on any major issue.
