Exactly. It’s the Lautenberg principle. When the law doesn’t suit Democratic judges, they ignore it.

Indeed it is: "The will of the people, not a hyper-technical reliance upon statutory provisions, should be our guiding principle."

Does anyone doubt that there are a number of Clinton or Obama appointed judges in PA to choose from?
