Congress transfers legislative authority to agencies under the delegation doctrine, which can be a broad or specific grant of power.

Why not just appoint a dictator-for-life, and let Congress "transfer" its legislative authority to him, a "broad" "grant of power" in perpetuity.

That way, they can all go home and collect cushy pensions for the rest of their lives, or until the dictator has a bad day and decides to have them all shot.

It's already been tried in Germany, and worked great there. /s /s /s

What it boils down to, Trump appoints the new agency/bureau heads and tells them what he wants done.
So this is pretty much just a petty Barry stealing the `W’s from all the WH keyboards.
