The Spanish language from Cuba eventually enticed prosperity to the area and enormous wealth from Venezuela, Colombia, and other Hispanic countries.
Now, the more affluent Cubans seem to bailing in strong numbers for higher ground- Palm Beach, Wellington, Jupiter...
And the incoming Haitian migration is speaking only Creole. The are living in Miami and refuse to learn Spanish. Imagine that. LOL
