I disagree. I think Team Hillary and her foreign puppeteers paid MILLIONS to coordinators of VOTER FRAUD and they want to figure out WHO MADE OFF WITH THE MONEY WITHOUT FOLLOWING THROUGH on carrying out said fraud.
They want to figure out what went wrong and why their scheme didn't work. They need to ensure it's successful NEXT TIME.

I think that Shrillary & cohorts mis-calculated how much fraud would be needed.
She didn’t even go to 13 states in the Union. She didn’t take her message to 26% of the country.
The voter rolls need to be started over-—No more Motor Voter laws, either.
