Don’t ask Mitch “The Turtle” McConnell to actually fight for the changes President Trump has promised his voters. He will hide behind the 60 vote excuse to block change, even though Harry Reid demolished that out-dated rule. The Trump voters in KY must put some real pressure on this old relic of the GOPe or President Trump’s agenda will be DOA.
I’m actually cutting Mitch some slack for now. I have to give him credit for not buckling on Obama’s SCOTUS nominee. Maybe with Trump’s encouragement he will grow a spine.
