One of my favorite cities. I do always avoid Bourbon Street though. Plenty of great restaurants and bars around it. And the best coffee!
Grambling-Southern game. Often brings in a very bad element.
Really good restaurants are all over Magazine St. and starting to open up on N. Carrollton, where you can avoid the French Quarter.
Best to visit a week after the big party...
I go to Frenchmen Street in New Orleans. I’m there for the music anyhow. I’m too old and uptight for the BS on Bourbon Street.
