I beg to differ. Many of the comments here are from past experiences. Submitting fake votes requires more creativity than was once required, but they do it.
I’m under the opinion that in isolated ‘fraud-ridden’ counties in battleground states, SoE workers systematically manufactures votes and they are set aside to be used, as needed. Casting these latent votes can be risky because they run the risk of getting caught through over-votes and other irregularities.
By planting fictitious names and accepting alien registrations that are unlikely to vote, they can add thousands of voters to the rolls. I once saw dozens of names on the rolls registered to the same nonexistent address. They have also caught thousands registered to a PO Box mailing center place.
An election official or their insider friend requests absentee ballots for these faux-voters, but they never actually mail these ballots. When and if they need them, they use they ballots to push their candidate(s) over the top. Too bad Hillary’s pollsters had given her such a substantial lead. They did not think that she needed any help, especially in the rust-belt.
Another cheating way would be in the handling of absentee ballots. The ones from (R) precincts can be discarded. Or they can be opened and additional candidates can be bubbled in invalidating a specific race completely. Another way would be to select Clinton when the actual potus race had not shown a preference.
It appears that Florida was absolutely headed this way. Trump’s attorneys were brought in to challenge the premature opening of 130,000 or maybe it was 150,000 absentee ballots about a week prior to the election. They were being opened without supervision and once the ballots are separated from their envelopes, they become invalidated.
About four days prior to election day a ‘whistle blower’ from inside the Supervisor of Elections office reports witnessing twice, four SoE employees filling out stacks of ballots behind a locked door. She was fired when they relized what she had witnessed. She submitted an affidavit and the State district attorney paid a visit the next day to the SoE. It stopped with a lame excuse. At the same time, a talking head from Hillary’s team is on FOX news claiming that the AA vote is surging for Hillary in Broward.
This is all in Broward, Florida. They tried and they got caught, redhanded. Had these events continued, unabated, surely Donald Trump would have lost Florida. I will post links to these events.
And its very likely that Mitt Romney won Florida, based on the numbers. He just never knew it because they cheat.
If this large scale fraud does not stop we will never win another election.
They need to place 24 hour surveillance in election worker offices to prevent these games and the rolls need some serious purging.

If they aren’t prosecuted and convicted for this crime the Democrats and the media will continue to argue voter fraud is not an issue. Certainly a Republican Governor can initiate a real investigation.
