is there anything to prevent Soros/Loserwoman 2016 from claiming fraud in a bunch of states and caling excessive recounts to muck up the electoral college certification? (thereby getting Mr. Trump under 237)
The clock is ticking. The deadline for challenges is set by each state, but all challenges must be resolved by December 13 under federal law. I imagine that any challenge with absolutely no chance of prevailing would alienate even local liberals in that state if the challenge was intended only to keep that state from counting. Other than not offending their own voters, a VERY low standard for leftists, state laws would present the only limits. They can try for court challenges, but at some point the courts would rule based on the probability of prevailing.
