From the story:
“the state could risk losing its ability to have its 10 electoral votes counted if it doesn’t meet key deadlines next month.”

This might be their key goal ... do the recount and then delay it so it is not complete and then have the state’s Electoral votes not be counted.

Then do the same for Michigan and Penn (and they might do it for one other for good measure) and wa-la Hitlery wins?

No one FR should make light of this threat to our Free Election process. There is a chance Trump can loose, and the Libs will make sure once they can get the recount process started, they will get the result they want.

“do the recount and then delay it so it is not complete and then have the state’s Electoral votes not be counted.’

That would seriously backfire on the Democrats. To disenfranchise a whole state is serious business. Now I wonder if Stein was a Hillary plant, in an attempt to take votes away from Trump, and it did not work.

You have a mistaken understanding of the process.

That is not what happened in FLA

The recount would not have been able to meet the deadline so it never started
If what is posted is true FLA would have started and then said we can't finish
