Supposedly, she has the money for the filing fee-$1 million, I believe. But the state has to do an estimate of how much the actual recount will cost, and she will also have to come up with that money. It may be millions.
Repeat that for MI and PA and it will start to add up to maybe $10 million or more plus lawyer fees on top of that.
