Never underestimate the rats ability to steal an election or at least brazenly try, no matter how big the lead may be, especially with the MSM in their hip pocket. Stein is requesting and may get a hand count of the state and also they must go thru all the rejected ballot and accept those where the “intent of the voter can be discerned”, just like the rats in Florida did in 2000.
There are over 80,000 ballots that were rejected plus unknown numbers of disallowed provisional ballots that will be re-examined and possibly allowed to be counted if Stein gets her way. With Wisconsin’s history of liberal rules when it comes to voting and with this many outstanding rejected ballots, Trumps 27,000 vote lead doesn’t look so great.
I am positive that Pennsylvannia will not be recounted and should be the Firewall to keep Trump winning the electoral college should the rats flip MI and/or WI, or the recounts aren’t done before the electoral college deadlines, which is possible with statewide handcounts.
Pennsylvania’s recount request rules are far more complex and make it nearly impossible for get a recount request approved if you don’t fall within the auto recount range.
From what I have read, the deadline for filing for recanvassing/recounting at the county level (you can only request the country elections offices in PA) has already passed.
She has to wait till Monday, after the election is certified, then she must go before a state appellate judge and present evidence either of massive fraud or major discrepancies in country vote counts, between the original and recounts - must happen in several counties. Only if this kind of evidence is presented will a judge then order a state wide recount and allow the election contest to proceed.
From Steins own admission, she doesn’t have any direct evidence of fraud or hacking, only theories. Most predict whichever judge gets her request will reject it due to lack of evidence.
