Wow, this is the goal. If WI misses their deadline, their 10 electoral votes would be void.

If the proposed Wisconsin recount is not completed on time, the state’s 10 Electoral College votes could be rendered void. In that scenario, Trump would be left with 296 electoral votes, which is still 26 more than the 270 needed to win the presidency.

Will check to see if MI and PA has this as well.

If WI can’t do the recount by Dec 13th, their electoral vote of 10 will be voided and not counted, meaning Trump would lose 10. This rule probably exists for MI and PA as well. If deadlines are missed, all the electoral votes will be voided for those states.

If the Safe Harbor Day deadline (December 13) is not met, then the state legislature will appoint its own slate of electors. This almost happened in Florida in 2000. The Republicans control all of these legislatures.

The answer is to throw an equal number of Clinton states into a recall as well.
