If it really IS to mean anything it is going to have to furnish more data... as of now we know Hawaii phonied up a document for Barack. The only thing to add here would be if there is some kind of proof that Hawaii knew there wasn’t any basis even for the claim he was born there.
The people who provided this document need a visit from the FBI. Then a senate hearing.
