1. She doesnt have standing - a recount would not change her performance in the races. 2. The scientists who performed the analysis state flatly that they have no evidence that there was fraud perpetrated.
3. The recount is ultimately at the discretion of the powers that be in that state - Secretary of State and/or Courts. Remember what we went through in 2000 with a recount in just a couple of counties in FL? No way the powers that be want to go through that again.

Important Facts: 1. Per WI law, any candidate can ask for a recount as long as their have the money upfront. 2. MI is the same, but they use all paper ballots scanned in with no connection to the internet. 3. Again the same as the others HOWEVER, they need a Judge to request the recount based on "indications of Fraud". PA only uses electronic machines, again not connected to the Internet.
