For the past 4 years, Obama has had the “high ground” making it impossible Arpaio to bring his evidence to any prosecutor. NO PROSECUTOR IN THE US WOULD BE EXPECTED TO ACCEPT ARPAIO’S EVIDENCE THAT BARRY’S BC WAS FORGED FROM 2011 UP UNTIL THE DAY THAT TRUMP WAS ELECTED!
What some FReepers seem to forget is that ALL police agencies need a prosecutor to present their evidence to in order to move an investigation forward.
