Not sure about all states, but mostly ?...not really.
in some states, an automatic recount will be generated based on the margin.

Here's Michigan's recount requirements by candidate:

A candidate for a federal, state, county, city, township, village or school office who believes that the canvass of the votes cast on the office may be incorrect because of possible “fraud or mistake” in the precinct returns may petition for a recount of the votes cast in the precincts involved.

Not here there isn’t.

Trump’s overall vote lead in those three states is well over 110,000 votes.

His win is well beyond certainty.

But we need a recount to settle it. The people pushing for it are certifiably insane.
