Muslim migrants – angry that they weren’t being given “enough Nutella, Gummibears and chocolate” – burned a conference center to the ground in Dusseldorf, Germany, during Ramadan, according to German Red Cross employees.
The migrants caused nearly $10.6 million in damage to the building used as a major hub to house refugees on June 7, the Express reported Monday.
It was during Ramadan, the Islamic month of fasting in which Muslims avoid eating meals during the day. The community center canceled its regular daily lunches, even for non-Muslims. But it provided meals during the early mornings and late evenings...

I swear I wanted to go down there with a sign, “No War For Cho-— Wait are you crazy? Yes, War For Chocolate!!!”
An item their culture could not produce. Their culture can only produce violence.

The story didn’t lay out the whole episode in detail.
During the Ramadan period, it is critical that someone wakes up these individuals at least an hour...sometimes two hours...prior to sun-up, so they can stuff themselves with food and gulp down what amounts to a gallon of water. Because after sun-up...no water or food until sun-down.
If you look at typical German sun-up/sun-down times in June. The sun already starts to rise by 5AM and won’t set until after 9PM.
In this case, the guy at this refugee center (really the city fair-grounds hall) who is responsible for waking folks up...messed up. So folks woke up with the sun rising and went ballistic because they missed their chance for food and water. Things went “south” in just an hour or so.
Intentional episode by the refugee center guy? Hard to say. There are factions within Islam where they just don’t obey the Ramadan business. Maybe the guy just fell asleep and missed the wake-up call.
All of this goes back to Ramadan and the inherent dangers to your body, if you don’t drink water in the midst of summer, for 12 to 15 hours. You are screwing up your kidneys and causing permanent damage.
Did they save their lovers, the goats and camels? PETA wants to know.
