I’d prefer the European practice of open affiliation between the news organization and a particular political party. At least it would be out in the open compared to the sanctimonious hypocrisy of the “independent” journalism of the United States MSM.

......as long as “journalists” like Amanpour remain in denial about the issue of “clean hands” by her profession NOTHING she says or any of them say will EVER have ANY credibility with the American People! Real journalism has been in danger since it decided to go all out and become just part of the democrat party. Now, their place as honest brokers is being taken over by the new media, including investigative bloggers who often times do the work that journalists won’t do, and do it for free.
Nobody here needed Donald Trump to turn us against the press. For years we’ve known they were bullies, hypocrites, partisans, liars, and psychos who can’t even see their own bias. What could Donald Trump have added to that perception?
