The President-Elect gets a top ally (McMaster) in as Governor of SC, and vectors off an unreliable mediocre republican to a post without real power. And he gets credit for diversifying his appointments.
It’s bad policy. And everyone will see right through it...I am hoping it is not true along with Romney SoS speculations
