Thousands of blacks were slave owners. The majority of whites were not slave owners. None of those people are alive today.
If they still want reparations they should go after the people who were responsible: the blacks in Africa who sold their fellow man to the Muslim slave traders.
The irony is that none of these descendants would even exist today without slavery. If there had been no slave trade, the rival tribes who captured their ancestors would have simply killed them. No ancestor, no descendants.
