Trump told Rush that he’s often advised to do one thing and he decides to do another.
I think Kellyanne wants to be a civil influence on the campaign, but this really is war.
I recall Bill Clinton campaigning for president the first time when he promised a middle-class tax cut. Then when he got into office, he came back and said he had no idea government finances were in such bad shape, and it’s a shame he can’t keep his promise.
You never know what new information Trump might come privy to after he is sworn in.
I want to go after bureaucrats like Louis Lerner. They can rot in jail.
Trump should be worrying about the Supreme Court, immigration, breaking old DC, and his economic plan. This is what WE put him in office to do. The Hillary investigations can be put on back burner to be stirred by Sessions at justice.
I personally do not give a crap about the agenda the media wants to set...global warming, race relations, civil rights, gay rights....
Mr. Trump, please don’t waste time talking about these other issues to media outlets that want you to do nothing but fail. You will never win them and you will alienate your core support.

Trump needs to get through this transition period. Once he’s sworn in all bets are off. The FBI and the NYPD are sitting on the 650.000 email trove and no telling what new info is in there to be brought out later. If the Dems and the media don’t pull in their claws, my bet is that Hillary, Bill, Huma, Weiner, the Foundation...all will roast.
and that’s not only the clinton crime syndicate.

fast and furious
Benghazi
the irs shutting down tea parties
corruption in various fed agencies including the fbi
etc., etc.
all of these have to be at least honestly investigated.

Even though it is not politically convenient to pursue Clinton investigation, it is certainly not the art of deals to give out so early.
I think Trump will defer to Sessions in this area. If he says the evidence is overwhelming and worthy of prosecution, Trump will back him. But I could be wrong. Certainly hope not. I would be fine with a Trump pardon AFTER Sessions presents all the evidence of her guilt.
Send her into exile as a criminal who got lucky.
Bad move. Nobody is above the law. Millions of patriotic Americans are or have been in the military or intelligence communities ... they are owed an accounting for Hillary Clinton’s crimes. Justice demands it.

Trump is playing “good cop” right now. As Bill Mitchell pointed out, if Trump went all hard-core “lock you up” right now, all that would happen would be that Hillary gets a pardon from Obama (whether technically legal or not).
Wait until after the election, and wait till the paedo-Pizza #pizzagate thing takes off.
