Two problems.
One, the illegal immigrant vote hopefully will be solved in the future by a more robust voter ID system, such as the Homeland Security database and a requirement to produce identification before voting.
Two, if we wish to count the popular vote, then we need to count all the absentee ballots, sent in mainly by military (overwhelmingly Republican) and people outside the country with two passports, probably many more Republicans than Democrats. So, COUNT THEM IN THE BEGINNING AND COUNT THEM ALL, which is not done when one candidate (the Republican one almost always) has more votes than the total absentee ballots.
Gore would have lost by millions, Hillary also, as most of those 2,500 plus counties were won by BIG MAJORITIES by Trump.
Finally, no one wants California or New York to decide the elections. The Founding Fathers did not want New York City deciding every election either.
Yes, all the votes are counted. You’re spreading nonsensical debunked rumors. Michigan certifies their final count on the 28th and we’re getting close to everyone’s final counts being in. NO votes are left uncounted anywhere.
